Down at Peggy’s Cove: A Night Under the Stars<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last Saturday night, Peggy’s Cove treated us to an unforgettable evening under its breathtaking skies. The iconic lighthouse stood tall and steady, illuminated by the soft glow of the moon, as we set up to marvel at what the night had to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The weather was on our side\u2014clouds, notorious for crashing any stargazer\u2019s party, decided to take a break for a few hours. The heavens cleared, giving us the perfect window for satellite spotting and meteor watching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The excitement of catching streaks of light across the inky black sky never grows old. Satellites glided gracefully overhead, their steady paths a testament to human ingenuity. But let\u2019s be honest\u2014what we were really there for were the meteors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Though beautiful, they were fewer and smaller than I\u2019d hoped for. I found myself wishing for those dazzling, fireball-like meteors that make you momentarily forget to breathe. Maybe next year will bring more celestial drama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the quieter-than-expected meteor shower, the night was magical. Peggy’s Cove, with its rugged beauty and rhythmic waves crashing against ancient rocks, has a way of making even the simplest moments feel profound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I sat there, under a dome of stars, surrounded by the salty sea air, I was reminded that sometimes, the beauty of stargazing isn\u2019t just in what you see, but in the peace it brings. Here\u2019s to more nights like this\u2014and maybe next year, more meteors too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
